027 – What’s the best way to lose a few (or a lot) of pounds w/ April Barnard

Meet my client April. She wants to lose some weight, but continues to “break the commitments” she has with herself regarding working out. We talk things over, and come to the realization that the best way to do this (or really anything else for that matter) is to take small, actionable steps. Also, allow GRACE into your life too!
